Roommate meeting what should I do?

Need y’all opinion. If a person u renting a room to tell you No I’m not going to a childish meeting to go over problems with the other roommates would you feel disrespected in ur own home if you try set a meeting between the roommates that renting out the room when they not even on the lease. Both people renting out the rooms have problems i want to address. I feel like that is a straight violation of disrespect telling someone no in this own crib. Or am i over reacting?

Give them a notice to vacate‼️ Let them know that’s their options. WHOLE HOUSE. Put it in writing ✍️. I assume there’s no formal lease.

No formal lease only a sublet and sublease agreement. But not on the lease

I’m not an attorney. And if you choose to do the following this is your decision.
If he signed anything you are screwed. If not, put no trespassing sign in yard and over entry door. Take pics. In writing make the meeting or 30 day notice. If he comes then pic. If he’s a no show then pic.
