How do I know if I am in a toxic relationship?

Toxic is a broad and subjective term, so anyone can believe anything is harmful/toxic to any degree if their mind allows for it.

Personally, I'd only call a relationship toxic if it was blatant that both parties had heavy involvement in making something worse. And this can vary.

For instance, I'd consider the relationship toxic if:
• One is enabling the other's bad behavior or actions towards themselves or others
• Both parties are unreasonably hostile or manipulative to such an extent that it harms either one

If it is based on lust and not love meaning he will dump you when somebody hotter or richer comes along.
