I finally broke up from a toxic relationship a couple months ago. Now I don't care even if he was the last man on earth. My mental health is more important. I wanted to break up before but he kept saying these things:
''Think about it, you'll never find anyone as good as me at your age''.
''You finding someone else better, lol. You're 29 but I'll give you a year, lol, lol''
''It's your problem. We can still work it out. You'll never find anyone else as understandable and great as me, I'm the best. Remember you're now 29''.
Whenever he said that, he made me feel worthless and I was afraid of leaving him. I was afraid of not finding anyone else at my age. If a man uses a woman's age to make her stay with him is this manipulation?

By the way, I've been going out on several dates. Ever since I've dumped him, I've gotten hit on more than before. I still got options. He made me feel I that he was my only option.
