I’m the type to sacrifice my happiness for somebody that I love and literally hate myself for doing it and say Its my last time but will do it again. It’s like I get caught in a cycle but I don’t know why I do it.

My guess is you're afraid of loneliness, rejection, exclusion.
It takes some confidence and belief in one's self to be able to say no.
YOU saying that you have a big heart is a cop out, an excuse.
I know it hurts to reject those who you love, but you need to express to them that you can't do whatever. They might leave, but you'll be left with people who actually care about you.

If YOU want change about yourself, YOU need to make the first step into what you fear. You will need to learn to say no, I can't, not now.
