Lets suppose your partner is a blue eyed blonde and you cheat on him with a black guy. Contraception fails and all of a sudden your in deep shit. If that baby pops out black you've got some explaining to do. And what about that ginger guy you did or that brunnette from the office party? In short you've got 9 months of worry ahead of you.

I've seen in reality that people cheat with people who closely resemble their SO in looks and/or personality.
Even lots of second marriages are with similar people. That's jusr in my opinion though.

A man does the same, and is surprised when he gets caught, because the woman who got pregnant is obviously the mistress, not the wife.
It's the kind of surreal humor we have here - a similar joke would be - "If you don't go to someone's funeral, don't expect them to come to yours".
