Im in a 6 year affair and my lover threatened to tell my wife? ?

I'm not sure what to do. She said my wife already knows but she has had it and is going to show her 6 years of texts, emails, and that I didn't tell her I was married for months. I love this woman but I can't leave my teenage kids! And I lost half my assets from covid.
She is saying my wife is waiting for my financial recovery. How does she know this? My wife acts normal around me so I don't know. We don't have much of a sex life so I can't base it on that. I see my wife and kids 3 days a week because I work long distance and its been rough on my teens.
Not looking to be thrown to the sharks here just don't know how to approach this.

Unfortunately I think you're going to have to face the music if she does show your wife all those years worth of evidence.

You're a grown adult over the age of 45. It would be a different matter if you were a kid or a very young adult in a relationship (16-24), but really there's no viable excuse you can use to justify your behavior at your age legally and morally.
You made a big mistake, and now you may have to pay for it. I'm not condemning nor judging you. Everyone can repent on their 'sins' and change for good, but this may be a 'sin' that costs you quite dearly in divorce courts and may possibly result in your children loosing all respect for you.
You need to be ready for any potential outcome and live with the consequences.
I don't envy you for this, but this can be a path for redemption if you are willing to let it be one. You can rise out of this and become a better person.

Best advice I can give you is take responsibility for what you did for over half a decade, apologize sincerely and be prepared for your wife to leave you if it does come to that. But please don't do anything drastic, it's not worth that. Reflect my dude, meditate and accept that what's done is done now.

Her motives are she wants me to leave my wife and kids. Can't say I blame her after 6 years so I'm definitely responsible. My wife is more of a roommate and the kids are 15 and 16. Maybe my wife won't care. I just don't want to start from scratch financially
