When I was in young marriage. I was Republican she was Democrate. I had her watch both conventions. Democrats she was baby killing, big government, waistfull spending, home sexual rights, and so on.
Republicans was the very opposite. Small government, pro life, Christian principles. That year she became Republicans.

If there is a tradition of secret ballots like there is in most democratic countries, then a secret ballot is secret.
