He needs to get evidence of this and walk. He can trying shoving her away first (that doesn’t leave bruises). But if he’s got evidence of that she initiates hitting he is completely justified to hit her in self defense.
The problem is in “he said she said” stories most people (including the police) almost always believe the woman over the man so he’s got to cover his butt. Get recordings, hidden cameras, witnesses, etc. It’s bullshit he has to go this far to prove his innocence but that’s the sexist world we live in.

It's a double-edged sword.
On one hand, if the man is being abused by the woman and he has no way to defend himself and get her to stop the abuse, he may have to use the last resort of hitting her to get her to stop.
On the other hand, the law right now is so backwards regarding male victims that if the man were to defend himself, he would be the one wrongfully suffering legal consequences while the abuser gets away unpunished solely because the victim is a man and the abuser is a woman.
To use the necessary amount of force to get her off of him and to call the police. Nobody has the right to put their hands on another in a violet way.
I don't care WHO you are. If you don't think the rules apply to you you're going to find out one of these days that they do
Discourage,
Regardless if they make you break that point you should never put hands on a women
Help please with my question?
Doesn’t seem to be as interested as I thought? ↗
the only way abuse stops is by bitch slapping the abuser. Once again, you get a comment section full of idiots who fully support women fighting back when men are the abusers, but they're sexist enough to not afford men the same "right" to defend themselves against physical attacks.
It's like saying a person shoots an unarmed person, but then the unarmed person is given a gun, to give off one last shot before they die, and they injure/kill, the shooter, but is then caught by the cops shooting, so he goes to jail
We should encourage males to keep their pimp hand strong, females are wild nowadays. :)
should rather encourage them that it's ok to come out and reveal such to close ones and authorities as soon as possible to avoid the implications said actions might cause further to get justice i guess.
Need to encourage them to find some balls, end a bad relationship and never let a relationship get that corrupted to begin with.
It should be made easy to get out of an abusive relationship. Although I would love to kinky slap booty all day. Hitting a girl in a real fight is not fun or sexy. Not beneficial either.
Neither. We need to teach guys to recognize toxicity and get the hell away. Unless a guy is in a relationship with Rhonda Rousey🤣, he can probably whatever abuse she deal to him. But that's not the point.
They even support women who kill their abusive husbands for revenge.
In self-defense, encourage. And only in self-defense.
Girls can cry all they want about "men being stronger", but if you're not ready to get bitch-slapped, don't abuse your partner first.
Simple as keeping your hand in your pockets.
I don't think a man should ever hit a woman. Regardless of how abusive she is , she should never get hit
That's what I'm saying
Highly depends how abusive she is. I'd just do what it takes to make her stop and hold her down as I hope this fight instead turns into angry sex in the back of my mind.
What kinda insane question? We should not be encouraging any hitting in relationships. But I do think BOTH patties have a right to defend themselves.
I Never hit women but my girl can smack me sometimes I find kinky 🤣 lol jk!
I my self this that BS has went on long enough where Men have to take the abuse from there female partners.
God Bless
Discourage, violence isn't the answer. Leave.
One good punch can be enough to end someone's life, don't risk it.
Hitting solves nothing, and should be used for no more than self defense.
You should encourage them to not be in a relationship with an abuser
We should encourage people to get mental help for their problem.
Yes. I'm a firm believer in the talk shit get hit philosophy
Have to live with it, or just get out of it entirely
Hit them? How about bring two shovels and get rid of the problem for good.
Hitting can be used for self defence.
I do it all the time, no wonder I am still single.
neither , just broke up with her , problem solved
There should be other better legal options tho
Just leave instead of hitting back
2 wrongs don't make a right
Violence is never the answer.
Neither no one should hit another person
Discourge
Always encourage
