I just watched Top Gun 1986 for like the nth time. And there are basically three songs I remember.

• You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling
• Top Gun Anthem
• Take My Breath Away

I know that there are more, but these are the ones I just cannot seem to forget anyhow.

The song is one of its kind for me, along with the movie Top Gun.

No, but one of my friends and I were going to sing it to a random girl at a church youth group dance in high school. Our parish youth group had a dance with the group from another parish. We found sunglasses, got some microphones, and were fully prepared to sing to her just like in the movie (yes, including the tapping each other on the back right before singing).

The DJ must have misunderstood. What actually happened is he had all the girls get into two separate lines across from each other and had the two of us just go up and down singing to each of them.

It is a harmonized duet and doesn't sound right sung as a solo. But I do like the song.

"Danger Zone" is a very catchy song because of the driving bass line but there was very little effort that went into the song writing.

I don't like any digital modifications myself.

It is one of the reasons why I listen to at least one classic regional ot international song whenever I am listening to songs.

They are the real gold, unforgettable.
