competent people follow standing rules. there are standing rules as not to lecture morality to people. so he had no case if he got reported. or his superiors were incompetent too, good for them. maybe they need a brain removal, since they clearly don't have them.
the fact is he was picking and choosing whom to lecture. either he should lecture ALL or none. he's clearly not mentally healthy, since he cannot see how he's in the wrong in situations. I guess people who are spiritual often don't comprehend the world around them.
i think the only people who would complain about this would be those from cultures that are poor and don't follow rules that much, or blame Europe for their problems. People with retarded perceptions and understanding deserve to be sworn at. if anybody justifies this, then a police officer at random can feel up your boobs. why not? oh there are rules against this? hmmmm... follow rules and accept your place in situations. or your'e offended at a random person getting to your level. that's not very God-like, since most people here tend to be religious...
