Do it in a place where you're afforded enough privacy to be polite, but public enough you can get help if you need. A park or a bench by a coffee shop, for example.

If you're very scared for your safety, bring a friend to support you (but have them sit separately from you and your ex at first, and instruct them to come to you if he seems violent or angry).

Tell your boyfriend how what he said made you feel, why it's inappropriate, and that you no longer feel comfortable dating him and are breaking up.

He will probably cry, scream, and be upset. That's okay, let him feel those emotions - that's his part. In all honesty, if you're both as young as you claim, he probably had no idea his words would have such consequence. But it's a good time for him to learn.

Talk to someone in your mutual circle. A parent, school administrator, teacher, friend, or boss. Use them as the intermediary. They'll be one to tell your boyfriend to get lost initially.

You'll also want to file a police report, that way if he does end up r***ing someone a preceding event will be recorded and he won't be let off easy.
