I think yes because a guy will rather take caution and mind his language if he knows that you had bad sexual experiences.
That doesn't mean you have to give him details early on but if you don't tell him something it can happen on a regular basis that you get triggered by what a guy says quite often.
Because I would say that many guys expect that the woman they are meeting is normal in a way that they didn't have a traumatic experience with guys yet.

I think if you are talking romantically then you should tell them because it def affects how they will treat you and is good to know. I don't think anyone is entitled though to that knowledge or that you have to talk about it
