My girlfriend and I have been dating for 7 years we are engaged but recently I found out she had been talking to and messing around with another guy who is also a co worker with us both. We had a huge fight and after some time we both still wanted our relationship to continue. As the owner of business we work at I have to still be civil towards other guy but I am bothered by him and her still speaking at work even tho it's only about work related things I still can't shake being jealous. This in turn has created problems cause I will be upset or mad towards her. I just wanna know how do I handle this situation? I understand I need to trust her again but I don't know how when she still talks with person she cheated on me with

The fact that she is talking to the person she cheated on you with is wrong and she should respect your feelings. I would take a few steps back before you tie the knot as this is a red flag. It doesn't matter how long you have been with someone sometimes relationships are not meant to be. I would understand if you were just a jealous guy because she is talking with a mutual co worker, I'd say chill it's not that big of a deal but it's the fact that she cheated. Yeah I would be mad if my significant other was talking to the person. It's not fair to you. If she loves and cares for you she needs to respect and have boundaries. Otherwise you need to walk away

I'm sorry this has happened to you. The fact that she's still speaking to the guy even after you've found out about her shenanigans is extremely disrespectful to you. If she wanted the relationship to carry on successfully and help you to trust her again, she should have cut off all contact with the guy.

You have a right to be bothered by it. I agree with @Changiis07. You need to distance yourself and seriously take some time to reflect on whether you think this relationship will be able to progress healthily. If the trust is gone, unfortunately it's a slippery slope downhill.

You're the owner or he's the owner? If you're the owner, why are you not firing the guy who's fucking your girl? That's a conflict of interest and a good reason to end his employment. If he's the owner, never mind that part.

I am an “independent” Business owner as well with only 5 employees. The bottom line is he goes or she goes. You have evidence of fraternizing. You are going to have demonstrate a six month poor work history with two attempts at correction. This is a long road. The only way to fix it is to end the relationship. You chose to stay with someone who cheated on you. There’s no greater sign that she doesn’t respect you, let alone love you. So… you get what you got. If she ever stopped cheating on you, she will certainly do it again eventually. Why would she not? Damn your strong! I don’t think I could ever get over that if the guy was in my face everyday. I’d be mad as hell all day everyday! You should find a way out of this toxic situation.
