Guys, If your partner told you no 80% of the time would you stay with them?

My wife of 26 years has told me no to sex more than 3000 times during our marriage. I love her to pieces but being told no so much has killed me. To this day she’ll say no more than a yes and I’ve almost stopped asking altogether but if I never ask then it’s always a no so I’m stuck. What would you do?

If she says no I leave her alone. If I try she would be offended and tell me I don’t respect her so I roll over and just to to sleep most nights or stay awake cause I’m depressed.

That's not a compromise then. It's a two way street. For example, if she is asexual, see how she feels about you getting sex from someone else whilst being ultimately loyal to her?

Would be good is she were to expand a little to properly explain what's going on. I know from experience it's frustrating, but maybe you do need to stop asking. It can't be nice for her to have to say no, so you're making her feel bad for rejecting you as much as you feeling bad for being rejected.

Yep. I’ve cut back sooo much. To the point she was getting sad that I never asked anymore 😂 go figure. The little I do ask I still get no all the time. I’m to the point I don’t care to even have sex with her anymore.
