Would it be okay if I gave my boyfriend three days away from me to have the weekend with them? is that being considerate?

My boyfriend daughters just came in town he hasn’t seen them for over three months they come to live with him for a while and he gets his son every other weekend and on a Wednesday. Which the son and daughters haven’t seen each other in months.
