Not at all. My partner texts me to tell me she is at work or she's safe wherever she is. Texts on her lunch break but it's not anything relevant.

I'd find it weird/worrying if she texted me every hour or even every three hours and so would she.

No. I personally hate constant contact. Not just because I dont want to be constantly checking for messages so I dont hurt someone's feelings, but also because you have that much more to talk about when you see each other.

No matter who it is, I usually only contact to make plans. Other than that, I'll call you or not at all lol. I've been known to wait 2-3 hours to respond if someone tries having a whole conversation through text. Just call me or tell me when I see you lol

Not really. That sounds childish to me. People get busy and have jobs you cannot be on the phone 24/7. You should check on your partner everyday tho just to make sure they had a good day and check how they're doing.
