I think i am in the same "pot" with you... I was living in an Orphanage, so i didn't had friends, parents, etc, even now i only have "temporary friends" the ones i'm working with, usually i'm a Loner/Introverted, but when is about to go... club, bar... i have the time of my life.
I don't give a fuk who's laughing/talking about me, as long as i go home... HAPPY, or Happy drunk 🤣.
