OK. Here’s a story that comes to mind from our household. When the pup was younger, she really liked to fetch. And I remember my husband cackling with laughter on the living room floor playing with her. Next thing I know I hear something hit the wall. He decided to throw her nyla bone.
It did not go where he anticipated, and there is now a perfectly shaped hole in the drywall where the bone hit. I know we can repair it. But I am making him wait to repair it until it has been there for at least

Yup. I have one (many really) but one that sticks out. So, my dearest (now) fiancé went home to see his family for Christmas in Australia. He had been getting things ready to start a home project. He was going to take a spare room and remodel it for use of an office/home gym space.

Well, he left. I remember walking past the room a bunch of times. Finally, I thought to myself "Well, I could probably start getting things moved and ripping out carpet. How hard can it be?".

I completely overestimated myself. When trying to move furniture (remember how tiny I am) I pushed things into walls, banged them against other pieces of furniture and generally did not make any progress.

I finally did get things moved, and you could see my destructive path. Then came the carpet. Well, that isn't as easy as I thought it would be. I started ripping it up and it is HEAVY.

So, I quit. I remember staring at the utter mess I had created and thinking to myself if I should just board up that door and pretend it never happened. Thoughts of yellow caution tape crossed my mind as well.

Well, he came back to this disaster area and to say the least was not pleased that I made more work than if I would have just let it be.

Now, he was not angry with me. He actually laughed. I knew though how much more work I had caused him. 😕

@emiliamazing I just figured it was easiest to put myself in the doghouse at that point. Yes I do have a good one! Poor guy thought having a small SO would mean I couldn't be so destructive. Wrong.

My former friend was dating a deaf girl. She claimed the ability to read lips. She couldn’t read shit. Many deaf people have chips on their shoulders due their disability she was one.

Being deaf they have visual cues but no auditory so they lack an accurate understanding of social interactions. On this particular occasion it was New Years Eve everyone was going home.

Deaf girl & boyfriend are at the door waiting while another couple were saying goodbye. I hug my friend who jokingly grabs my ass, I did same his wife saw laughed did same so I jokingly did it back to her.

I look up and deaf girl has this mortified look and leaves.

Week later calling around to see whats up nobody returns calls I’m like wtfs going on. Finally the husband who jokingly grabbed my ass calls and says deaf girl only saw me grabbing his wifes ass and git her boyfriend to call everyone and bitch about it.

I was like are you fkn serious? He was apologetic but said yes. Two of my buddies wives were convinced I did and didn’t want their husbands to hang with me.

So I got put in the doghouse by a stupid deaf bitch but the good part was cutting off excess flesh in so called friends

When I was growing up, my mother bought a Family Doghouse plaque (similar to the one in the picture) at a local arts and crafts fair.

She wrote each of our names on the dogs, and when she got mad at you, she hung your dog inside the doghouse. My father probably spent at least one day a week in the doghouse, usually for coming home late from work or not taking out the garbage.

My college was small and a gossip mill. A female friend heard gossip about herself and was made at me, figuring I was her closest friend, that I must be spreading the gossip.

People we’re saying she was an airhead and a slut. Anyone who had ever had a two minute conversation with her figured out she was an airhead on his own. He didn’t need to hear gossip.

And, I don’t know who was spreading rumors she was a slut, but she showed up at every frat party and drank till she puked. My fraternity had about 24 members and she screwed six that I know of. Maybe one of them was spreading the rumors she was a slut.
