What do you think about polyamory?

Don't have the energy. I'm not talking about sex. That's the easiest type of energy. I'm talking about everything outside the bedroom. Right now if I wasn't just chilling, I could take my wife out to a romantic dinner. I could be an even better husband. But I don't wanna cuz I'm tired. Imagine doubling that responsibility; you'll halve my ability to be a good husband and I'm not overflowing in my good husbandness. I think I'm pretty good but only because I only have one wife.
I cannot imagine doing this. Somebody would end up getting hurt eventually.

If I could handle 10 husband's I'd probably get them but I'm just too loyal to one person for that
Oh Apple, he's SO LUCKY!😳😂😍
May you always be happy!
If other people want to do it, I dont care and more power to them. It's a weird and antiquated lifestyle in my opinion.
Whether or not I would do it, I'm not sure but I'm leaning towards no. If I'm dating multiple guys, I'm assuming you would need Surrogacy and IVF so everyone has a child. If im dating a guy AND a girl then it wouldn't really be so much a relationship than a friends with benefits that coparent and adds more children or resources to the mix.
Not sure.
Why is it weird and antiquated?
@Guardian45 polygamy was more practiced in the past, monogamy seems to be a more recent development (which explains why humans are so bad at it when the social stigma is removed. That social stigma makes something "norm"al). Polygamy, if you want to live in society/group, would lead said group to have more intergroup conflict and lower trust in eachother. Most guys would be single and those who weren't would have to worry about having their girl stolen by the top guys regardless of how many wives the top guys has. Society in general would be more violent (china is a good example). It's a old idea that would be best left in the past.
My dad and his fiancee are polyamorous. They seem pretty stable and happy. I could see myself doing the same if I was in love with multiple people and those people were okay with it.
How long have they been like that?
Nice to hear that it's working for them. Is one of them bisexual?
Have they tried or considered a woman as their third?
My ideal poly arrangement is one in which she enjoys the freedom to date other guys whenever she wants, while I remain 100% faithful and exclusive to her at all times.
I'm against it. Relationships should be exclusive.
You're either so desperate you'll share just to get some or...
You're so not interested in anything else than scratching the itch.
I'd be open to trying it, provided ground rules were setup
Absolutely no way, just the sheer thought of it makes me feel extremely cold.
Why?
Over with in a flash , never prosperous it would appear
Why?
Not for me. What others do is not my business.
I think people who practice it are fools and degenerates.
Okay. Why do you think that?
Not while in a serious relationship. If it's just casual, I might try
People are already polyamorous. Especially divorced women who got kids from the alpha and remarried a beta.
No. That's not for me
Yes, I believe I could given the right people.
I think it’s fucked
it's not for everyone
I never thought about it, I'm a human not a pig 😆
I could not.

Why not?

Dats nasty
Why?
