I usually say I mind my own business but I eventually told my buddy about his wife telling me if I wasn't her old man's good friend that she would take me down stairs and fuck the shit out of me (she was just looking for me to give her the go ahead) but instead it made me lose respect for her but anyway I told him.
So I'd say imagine it was reversed and your neighbor seen that after you leave for work or something another female comes over for a couple hours a few times a week... would you want your neighbor to tell you? you know the answer so follow your instinct

I don't consider a cheater a friend anymore. Of course I'd go ahead and ruin that relationship. The victim deserves to know. You speak vows to eachother in front of everyone and one broke those? That's pretty big.

I would keep quiet. What happens between a couple is their private business, and I wouldn't say anything. Now, if they specifically asked me about it, I would be honest and tell them what I know, not what I think.

I'd tell my friend. Because I'm a loyal person and I'd feel guilty keeping it from my friend. If she ever found out and knew that I knew about his infidelity she'd feel betrayed by me too
