My girlfriend confiscates/takes away my phone. How do I get her to stop?

Whenever my girlfriend doesn't get her way or she doesn't want me on my phone, she snatches it out of my hands or confiscates it. It really irritates me. When we argue, she takes it away because she "doesn't want me texting my other bitches" (I don't have any.) She threw my phone in the bin last time. How do I get her to stop? I've already asked her not to, and she keeps on doing it.

She seems a bit to insecure and controlling. If she really believes that you're talking to "other bitches" there's obviously trust issues there, for whatever reason, I don't know the history between you, but if there's trust issues, there's not going to be much to do to have her see differently. You two need to go your sperate ways.

Why are you using your phone when you are in the company of your girlfriend. She should have your attention not your phone. So if you have your phone in your pocket she won't take it. She won't need to.

She has no right to do that, don't listen to the other person. If you were a woman and it was a guy doing this, people would be telling you he's abusive/controlling. Your girlfriend is controlling and abusive. Get out that's a massive red flag.
