been seeing each other for 2 months now

He says “I love ya” instead of “I love you” (he’s said I love you twice)

he hasn’t officially said “will you be my girlfriend”

He has never bought me flowers

he was fine going 2 weeks without seeing me as he thought it was normal

he's never had a girlfriend before, he’s 25 and apparently has had confident issues

should I just leave him or give him more time?

I’ve told him about the issues I have with him but I kinda feel like my baby-ing him but my aunty said “gotta teach them from the beginning”
