Are all high status guys slow to commit or settle down and stay loyal?

Obama and Zuckerberg and Bill Gates all stayed faithful to obese women because being as intelligent as they are, they factor other things more than physical fitness. Terrence Tao is one of the smartest men in the world and his wife is like a 2 out of 10 but she is intelligent and skinny.

What I'm about to say may not gel well with some people but it's my honest and thought out beliefs which has served me well navigating dating in my life so far.

So I would describe myself as being high status and I'm talking from my anecdotal experience but basically one must know that to achieve and maintain high status in all departments: looks, wealth, character, etc. you need to be status driven to some extent. And this requires time and effort. Remember the way society treats men is that they're born with nothing and have to achieve to "win" at life. High status men are men that are winning this battle. Even the men who are born with good looks and wealth still have that societal onus to fill their fore-bearers shoes otherwise be seeing as spoilt and undeserving.

Sleeping with many women is one thing and that answer is easy, just sleep around with whoever you want. It's easy to do this as a high status man but it doesn't really prove anything besides your ability to attract many women.

However, when it comes to dating you need someone that will maintain and/or add to that status and not work against it. You get more socialisation, fun and experience out of long term public relationships and the women I choose to do that with can't just be all looks and nothing else.

She needs to have character to her which compliments my status. Dating, at least in your early life, is much like the jungle rules. I don't want to be seen with someone who has a history of being with low reputable men regardless of her looks as that reflects on me and people will silently lower your status in their heads. Another negative scenario is cheating will also do this because it's indirectly implying that I, the high status man, isn't good enough for her and some other guy (who she cheated with) is. Which again lowers my status that I've worked for.

So a woman needs to have qualities to her that make her a good option for me to move forward with. Women also benefit from being seen with a high status man, in these jungle rules, as according to what society tells them. So it's both give and take.

Ideally I would go for girls that are strong or decent in all departments as opposed to someone that's high in several and low in the rest. I hope this makes sense.

I think Zuckerberg and co. have found women that contributed to their success and that's why they're more valuable to them than a Victoria's secret looking model who lacks the rest.

Positive qualities I seek in women is their ability to hold their own against other women, having sophistication, gentleness and supportiveness, honestly and loyalty, fun and more social than me, someone I can hold both stupid and deep talk with, belief in me, nurturing, receptive and intuitive.

Most high-status men (high status is different from "high value" - "value" being specifically referencing the relationship market) marry women BEFORE they achieve high status. That is true of Obama, Zuck, and Gates - they all married women before they'd had major accomplishments.

If we're talking about men getting with women AFTER they've had major achievements, yes, they are VERY cautious, because they have lots of women who are after them because of their status (because the women want to enjoy that status, and the money, power, and privileges that come with it). Most such men don't want a woman who care far more about "what they get" rather than care for the man himself.

And if he's a high-status man and he's been single by choice - he didn't get married or have a serious relationship from prior to his major achievements - then it's very likely that he prefers to be a bachelor and playing the field, and if that is his history, the chances of him changing and becoming faithful to one woman is very close to zero. Again, such men will have dozens or hundreds of women trying to get with him, and so he has endless choices and can pick one, be with her for a while as long as it's fun, and then as soon as she becomes a hassle or he gets bored, he can dump her and move on to the next one, and many guys find that lifestyle extremely attractive. Men who enjoy that will NOT be changed by a woman.

Obese? Anyway, a high value man knows his worth. He deosnt pedestalize women, and he dictates who has access to his time and energy. All men should operate this way, especially today. No man should rush into anything with a woman before he gets to see who she is beyond the physical.

High status men might have low character because, with the shallow, superficial way women be assign status, character doesn’t matter. Women can see I have a 12-year-old Honda instead of a Mercedes or a BMW. They can’t see that a Mercedes or BMW might be on a seven year lease, driven by someone who can’t afford to buy it, and my IRS and 401(k) contributions could lease a Bentley.

Not sure a rule can be set from those examples because we can just as easily find billionaires who mess around or bounce from woman to woman (Musk, Trump, Bezos, Steve Wynn, Bill Gross of Pimco).
