If you wanted to find a woman without a past then you should have started looking in high-school. At your age you ain't gonna find a virgin
Dude, you are 28. Unless you are Clark Kent and Elon Musk rolled into one, you are NOT going to be finding a girl who has never had a relationship. You might have been able to do that up to 23 or 24, but that time has passed (unless you are willing to take a girl who wasn't ABLE to find a relationship, which means scraping the bottom of the barrel).
Life is not a fairy tale, and you are living in a time of worldwide radical feminist indoctrination. Are there still some good women out there? Yes, but not many, and there is lots of competition for them. You have to be HER best option, and if you aren't, she will pass you by.
Even then, you need to be out in the world meeting women and talking to them. If you aren't either getting a date or a rejection 4-5 times a week, you aren't taking it seriously enough. Which is fine - just expect to die alone.
Feminism has taught women not to bother with serious relationships until they are in their 30s and have been run through by many guys (i. e., when they no longer have value for anything but sex). You are fighting an uphill battle against that even if you are tall, handsome, rich, and suave. If you are any less, then it is exponentially harder and requires far more work, and you seem to think you can do nothing and an ideal virgin will appear. No. If that was true you'd have a wife already.
Finding a suitable wife in the modern world is like trying to start a successful restaurant with only your own savings - understanding that 4 out of 5 restaurants don't even make it a year. Expect to work harder at this than anything you've done before. Even then, you aren't guaranteed success, but any less and you are assured of failure.
