There's no such thing as 'too much' texting for me. so i would not feel smothered over that

I hate texting so yes. i'd rather call or just be with them in person.

I text hella fast, but on top of that, I've setup texting on my laptop, so I can type and have it translated to texting via the phone, so if I'm home, I can type way faster than I can text on my phone but if I leave, I just switch back and forth flawlessly.

People often wonder how I can text so freaking fast, like damn girl. I barely got one sentence in and you have a 10 in.

No such thing as too much texting or typing where it comes across to them as texts. Although nothing wrong with a phone call or sending recording audio or video clips either.

If a guy i like A LOT calls me a lot then i love it. But mf dont text me a lot. Tell me good morning and good night... and maybe occasionally that you miss me. But gosh i hate textin. Now if a guy im not into blows up my phone, i’ll just mute the mf or tell him to fall back

No, because I just don't answer or even read her texts if I don't want to.

This thing about reading all the texts we receive is a silly compulsion - 90% of them aren't actually important or something urgent and that can't be said later. I have my phone on "do not disturb" 20 hours a day and I'm proud of not being always available.

No, text me as much as you want. Spam my phone, I couldn't care haha. Doesn't bother me at all, and I'm not sure why they should bother someone. It doesn't mean I'll be able to reply right away but why is it a problem if someone wants to text you?

no, unless its extreme like every second demanding response and not giving you and "you" time. However not responding for days, ignoring messages etc is worse in my opinion

If he’s waiting till I get back to him before he test again, he can’t be “constantly texting” so I can’t see how anyone would even mind this… a hike bothered by this is looking for drama-there is nothing wrong with texting a person you’re dating. 🤔

Never had a partner that texted me that much to be honest and even if they did I'd only really apply to stuff on my breaks. But I don't think it'd make me feel smothered or anything.

I mean if I'm being texted throughout the day it's too much. If it's a text conversation back and forth about something I'm ok with it. But getting random sporadic texts throughout the day is a bit much for me personally

Yeah what I'm talking about would be like, "hey what are you doing?" 2 hours later "how's work going?" 2 hours later "how's everything going?"
2 hours later "what you up to?"

That is excessive to me. Like randomly checking in is a bit overbearing. Now if someone texts me and it starts a conversation where it's an organic back and forth, that's different.
