My girlfriend is receiving psychotherapy and she doesn't want to talk to me. What should I do?

She has been receiving treatment for a while. But lately she has distanced herself from me. I can't talk to her. What should I do?

Well, normally in therapy you attend one session every 1 or 2 weeks. She has plenty of time to talk to you. It sounds like since therapy her habits have changed. That's what therapy is supposed to do. She is likely talking about her relationship with you to the therapist, too. She's feeling differently about things and it may be possible that she's rethinking her relationship with you. Depending on the circumstances, she might just be following the therapists advice. For example, if she already feels like she talks too you too much, then she should back down and see if that makes her feel better. She should be having a normal conversation with you at least once a week, though. Otherwise, you can't keep a relationship going. If it's "on a break", then it's on a break. If you haven't, you could clarify if you two are on a break and state your concerns about her emotional distancing.

Be patient. Therapy is emotionally and mentally draining. She's exhausted exhausted wrestling with her emotions.

All you can do if give her space and go do you. Psychotherapy is a process. No way in hell I would want to do that then talk to my partner or anyone else. It's exhausting.

If its not even few texts a day then it's a red flag. People have mental health problems doesn't mean they stop talking to someone they love. But what really happens is that they like to talk to them.
