Boyfriends highschool friend is being kinda flirty when she's in a relationship as well?

Okay, so this all started with another issue. To sum it up he's always really protective over his phone, when I've communicated with him that I believe people are only protective if you're hiding something most of the time, and I found it unfair since he looks through mine once in a while. It's not that I don't trust him, it's that I don't trust this one friend of his. They were in highschool together (it's been some years since then,) and tried dating but I guess something didn't work out. Fast forward she works at a strip club and has two babies, and is in a relationship that's not the biological father since something happened between them. She's also aware of the relationship me and my boyfriend have, keep these things in mind. So I figured out the pass code to his phone, nothing unusual until you get to the messages with her. He recently got this phone, so it starts out with him adding her number. They're talking for a bit then it gets to a point she's texting him while she's tipsy. At first she was talking g about how unbelievably happy she is in her current relationship and things couldn't get any better then they are now. But after that she tells him she regrets turning him down and sometimes thinks about what if they were together, and also stated she should've progressed their friendship to more and regrets not doing that too. Then he replies with the reason he never progressed it was because he felt she deserved better and by what is sounds she found better and he's happy for her. That's all tye suspicious stuff as far as the text messages go, then I went to snapchat. She basically said something about how she thinks about him all the time whenever she watches certain tiktoks and even said as suspicious as that sounds. Like she's even aware or the way she's sounding towards him. I think k she still has feelings for him and this is low profile flirting. I don't know what to think or do. I don't know who's in the wrong here; me, my boyfriend, or her.
