How do I handle her flirting with my boyfriend?

So, my boyfriend sister has a friend that comes over sometimes when his sister visits us. Ever since I met her friend, everything from her seemed so fake. She’s also trying to get close to my boyfriend; The first time, his nieces birthday. We were outside and she decided to sit right behind us. Then, when boyfriend and I are playing pool, instead of going around the other way which is clear, she goes the way my boyfriend is and has him move and put her purse behind him. Lastly, when we are in the back smoking, she comes too close to grab the lighter from him, touching his hand weird. Now, Yesterday she had came over. My boyfriend and I were in the garage vacuuming my PlayStation out, she shows up and we look that way and she is walking where his sister is & the mom goes too on the side of the house. (I also have a suspicion that his sis and mom are testing me and now that he sees stuff like this he also agrees) Then, the mom and her friend come up near the garage just looking at us watching and she goes in for a hug while he has his shirt off…. An she just says hi to me. His auntie and uncle were here for Thanksgiving and they didn’t even hug him… then when we go inside and I talk to him about it, he said he was sorry and saw what she was trying to do and didn’t understand why she would do that. Now we are inside talking, his sister knocks on the door once and she tells us she’s leaving back home and hugs us. The second time she comes back and knocked, her friend is there… (their last visit friend and his sister she did the same and told him good night) then she tries to hug him again not even 5-10 mins later! Because I confronted him earlier, he decided he will fist bump instead. He said when he did that she tried to hug him still and had to pull back twice. I am so angry and can’t stop thinking about her getting pleasure of out it. I told my boyfriend him hugging her back especially with no shirt is going to Allow her to continue to bother me with You.
