What is grooming?

So I've been told by some people that I'm being groomed.. so I'm going to say alittle of what's happening, so I'm living with his ex and one time he mentioned Infront of us that my vagina is bigger than hers and it got to me hurted my feelings because I'm way younger I'm 24 and she's 66 ... Then not just that since I've moved in which is been 2 years now she's required to tell him everything I do.. like I need to be supervised.. and he wants her to tell him everything I do and involving the kids. It's gotten to the point where I get frustrated because it seems like she always finds something about me to say. But yeah he told her to tell him everything that I do to him or else he will be mad at her... He doesn't live with us he comes of Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. But yeah what is grooming? Or what else is he doing? He claims he loves me does he?

When someone says "grooming a person" the first thing that should come to your mind is, "OMG, I am dealing with either a narcissist, sociopath, or psychopath". Anyone who mentioned that or made that comment is someone to be watched too.

You have to be targeted to be groomed. You are in over your head and if I was you... I would get out of that dynamic.

He probably is the "nicest guy, in a power position, makes much or you, and respected among peers". Move on would be my move. Women do the same thing so do not think it is a man skill only.
