What does it mean if my boy friend says " Im the lucky one then as you have a special feeling for me"?

Hi everyone! He said this when he was telling me the dream he had about me. after telling me his dream he asked if I enjoyed his dream? And I said I really enjoyed it and that dream made me feel good and I also said I always feel good while meeting him or talking to him bcoz I have a special feeling for him that yet I dont know what it is but I know that I have only felt that with him. then he said he feels lucky about that. Should I have mentioned the word love? And please tell me what does it mean? Does he just like me or it is more than just liking? I mean if he felt that special feeling he would say that back to me right? Dosent he feel the same way as me?
