Why does this guy I used to really like and who knew that and who ultimately pursued another girl rub his relationship in my face?

He would always tease me, flirt with me, stare at me, laugh at my jokes, look at my breasts, and even took my hand in front of her on one occasion in an elevator and started rubbing it and looking in my eyes. She didn’t see. In spite of this, he rubs their relationship in my face and we’re in the same social circle and if he was even a decent friend he would be more considerate. He still stares at me and checks me out. It just seems really insensitive. The last time he said to me in front of her as the group was discussing the moral justifications for telling a lie that his relationship with her was a white lie and he winked at me and then she became kind of possessive and forcibly kissed him. Apparently though they ‘joke’ about cheating all the time. But I didn’t know and because he knew I had a crush on him for the longest time it seemed really unkind to do that to me and at the time disrespectful to her also. That night he would walk past me at the bar while I spoke to others and stare at my face while I spoke to others. Or steal glances at my body. Etc..
