Opinion of being in a relationship and having sleepovers without them is that okay or not?

If you wouldn't appreciate being on the receiving end of what you wish to dish out, be considerate of the other person and come up with a compromise that shows respect for all. It isn't about entitlement; it's about respecting and considering the feelings of those you have chosen to commit with. If there is no commitment, then no one has the right to limit your choices for their selfish reasons.

By saying you'd be okay with them doing it, your partner may assume you aren't really invested in the relationship. Most people aren't eager to share their partner with others. Never make a unilateral decision about things that might impact your partner. If both of you are interested in sharing, that's fine, but never assume the other person should just go along with whatever you want.

I think it’s okay. It’s all about trust though. If your partner hasn’t given you any reason to not trust them then why not. No matter on the gender it’s fine, I wouldn’t be comfortable with my partner sharing the bed with the friend though. But this would also depend on other things, like their sexuality, if they’re bi then wouldn’t be comfortable with them sharing a bed, If they’re straight I would be fine if they shared a bed with another guy friend but not a girl and if they’re gay then sharing with same gender would not be cool with.

It should be more up to what you guys agreed on when you went exclusive. Depending on the relationship with the other person they're spending the night with, like an ex turned friend, I'd be a little suspicious.
