How would you tell your girlfriend that she need to lose weight?

Well, whether she “needs” to lose weight is either up to her or her health care provider. Other than that, how do you think you should express your feelings about her weight?

God told me not to settle for anything less than an "8", so if she's gaining too much weight I'll have to point it out somehow. Plus I'd be a hypocrite if I didn't lose some weight too.

Ironically, the girl I'm talking to right now said she likes fat guys anyway, but I still need to lose a few pounds just in case.

100 % I would , particularly at your age , they need to be trim , don't accept anything else.

If I had a boyfriend, I’d rather he suggest that I exercise more instead of telling me straight out I needed to lose weight. It sounds more about health and quality of life, not appearance.
