She might be anoyed at you most of the time but to scared to say it as she wants things to work. When people talk badly about others is because they are deeply pissed off at someone but can't say it to them. I sometime talk to others about people that i care about but i know are unable to take critisism or accept there mistakes. Just getting stuff if her chest.

If she coments on something your doing tgats really anoying her try and not do it anymore. Tbh i dont know her she might be just have a bitching habbit a lot of women do. I am not saying to let her control you just make sure if sge makes a comment of something accept your mistakes. I think someone who accpts tgeir mistakes appear stronger in tge eyes of others. If you constently try justify your mistakes it show vulnerability. But again if she does something that anoys you you also need to point it out it goes both ways. Be straight and tell her she's shouldn't talk badly about you to others.
