Do men take time expressing to the woman they like that they have feel insecure for them? Especially if they have been in bad relationships.

Sorry all. I meant to ask, do some men that have dated jealous women or have had a bad time in relationships find it hard to let the women they like know they actually like them?

Of course some do but most of us will not.

This will sound very jaded but its just lived experience bluntly stated. I generally feel loved by the women in my life. There are a few reasons for men to not share but the main three just boil down to:

1. Its a trust issue at its core. Trusting others with your feelings and experiences when you have trust issues is difficult.

2. We're generally taught to toughen things out and that no one wants to listen to a man complain about anything.

3. It is very unattractive to many, if not most, women. Sure almost every woman will want to be confided in, maybe even fantasize about it, but it is very rarely about real problems and more so about her wanting to feel validated in the relationship and about how she feels. A vacation in caretaking.

While many women will be wonderfully supportive and might single-handedly alter their partner's life for the better, even though they never had to, even more will lose interest because the guy turns out to be flawed in an uninteresting and bothersome way. Jaded, yes. But oh so common.

Last time I openly expressed myself to a woman I was interested in, she vanished and ghosted me, which means she never could respect me again. So I no longer outright openly admit that I'm into her or like her.

Despite what women say, where they tell you "we want a guy who is emotionally available and shows his vulnerability," it'll turn a woman off instantly and she will NEVER respect you again if you show any sign of weakness. I can speak from firsthand experience that this is the case, so I NEVER outright admit my interest in a woman if I wanna make sure she isn't turned off by me indefinitely.

The women are gonna disagree with me, or even try to argue with me, in the replies section, but I'm confidently speaking from firsthand experience. Fellas, do NOT outright admit your feelings to a girl you like. She will never respect you or be attracted to you again if you do that.

Generally, no.
A young idealistic man in touch with his feminine side (like when I was younger) might.
However, a man whose been around the block a few times and gotten burned (like me now) has learned not to express insecurity.

I kind of feel the guy I’m seeing has a hard time expressing how he feels. Because when he first kissed I was the one who initiated. He said he wanted to be a gentleman.
