I hate it cause I dont want anyone to see me cry. Or that person to know I was crying.

It's okay to cry if it's going to make you feel better but what you have to really do are what you should do is think about this when you break up with somebody

Your hurt because you loved them because of everything you been through together the depth of love you felt and for everything. The whole relationship. Was good because of feeling..

Now what you have to understand is every feeling you had with this person was your. Your feeling came from you.. and only you.

And you have 100 million more in side of you. Just dying to be felt by you..

But in order to feel them you have to experience something..

So when a person breaks up they want to cry * because there partner made them feel some thing *

You have all those emotions those feelings all deep inside of you and it takes somebody to come into your life so you can experience new things and open up those doors open up those feelings to come out and that's why you cry because he's gone and he's not going to be there to open up those doors for you anymore for you to feel new things to grow to experience that's why you cry you have to understand those are your feelings always have been always will be stop crying if you want to it's your tears and start experiencing new things new people do places that's the only way that you're going to experience new feelings and each time you experience a new feeling there's different levels to it you grow with it you have to experience it to understand it so don't don't cry over somebody leaving you just thank them thank you thank them for opening those doors for you to experience what you felt and start a new Journey it doesn't always take a lover to make you open those doors to experience new feelings it can be a friend a dog or cat a hike in the trees building a snowman anything
