My boyfriend of 3 years has done nothing but cheat on me and he lies to me about everything and he talks to females on line all time but says he can’t live without me and he loves me but has shown no type of nothing to improve himself to me that he wants this relationship unlike I do! Why is he still your boyfriend? Why are you even asking what you should do. This is a no brainer in my opinion. Leave the jerk and find someone who isn't going to cheat. He says he loves you because he is a liar. You don't love someone and then cheat on them.

The reason he then says that is because he knows that you are going to take him back, every time. Presumably that is what you have done up until this point. You cave, he comes back and then does it again. Is that what happens?

You are partially to blame for the repetition because you enable him by taking him back each time. He has learned that he can get away with it and then sweet talk you into forgiving him.

The second you realise that he is not going to change, the better. Once a cheater, always a cheater. You deserve better than that and you know it. Leave him before he completes another cycle of betrayal. You will thank yourself.
