How long have you been dating? So, there is a big difference to being infatuated with someone and love bombing someone.

Infatuation can be healthy and good, because you can grow that in to a good and healthy and loving relationship. Over TIME. But saying I love too much tooo often, and start to seem too much for the other person.. but that all depends on what boundaries they set for themselves and on the relationship in general. So it varies from person to person, and form relationship to relationship.

Now the love Bombing is when you rush the process and say things like I love you too soon and too much, in order to create a false sense of intimacy that has not yet been given time to fully develop at its own pace. The intent here from the love bomber is to use their grandiose gestures and forced intimacy as a means of control over the other person.

So it all depends honestly. I mean if you really love the person, then you should not have to hide that love from them... but at the same time know the difference between infatuation and love bombing.

Believe me I know how you feel but expressing your love that much may just chase her away. You're not stupid for how you feel or how you express your love but just dial it back a bit.
