So I’ve just moved in with my boyfriend, he’s the third person I’ve lived with. I’m looking for advise from long term couples about how to manage this not ‘divide chores’ or anything surface level we all know

Communication. No relationship survives without it.
Honesty, trust, faithfulness.
Be totally honest with each other. Trust each other. Be faithful to YOURSELF.
That means don't lose yourself within the relationship. In Hamlet, Polonius advises his son who is leaving "Above all, to thine own self be true". It's still true 400 years later.
Get a copy of "His Needs, Her Needs" by Willard Harley. Read it together and live it to the best you can. If you can't do what's in that book you're probably in trouble.
I adore hamlet and that is a wonderful quote! Thank you for this I’ll definitely check out that book.
Good luck 😊
Congratulations! If I may ask, how often do you have sex with him, and is it usually bare sex? Thank you very much!
Why on any world would you ask this?💀
You’re older than my dad
What is your work life like? You both work full-time? Meaning equal hours? Cause full-time is considered 32 or more. Does he work a lot of OT or do you work a lot of OT?
You seem to be assuming I’d work less😅Which is odd also I don’t think anyone thinks 32 hours is a full time job. It’s 40. I work 60-70ish depending on the week as a carer and I’m in nursing school, he has a 9-5 office job
I wasn’t assuming anything. That’s why I asked if both of you work work full-time and if both of you work OT. As for 32 hours I meant that per week. While I may be wrong I find it hard to believed you work that many hours a week while going to nursing school. I base that on my step daughter who is currently almost done w her 3 years bachelors in nursing, especially w all the studying that she does. Maybe I’m wrong. But also based on my experience when I went to school for nursing as well while working. What exactly is your career that you work this many hours at?
I literally said my job😭I don’t really care if you believe me or not it’s clear by the anon reply and the refusal to admit you assumed he’d be working more than me that you don’t actually have decent intentions here.
I work night shift 12hrs 5-6 days of the week and then go to uni. I’m in my first year so I really don’t need to study as all the material is extremely easy and things I already know from my personal history and job.
Lol don’t get hurt poor baby. It’s my opinion. This is why a lot of women can’t process things because they get their feelings hurt easy. Strong, independent women lol you asked, I gave an opinion but you chose to interpret it in your little brain rather than listening. Now if you had said I’m taking my GenEd classes I would have believed that more, but you didn’t. I did the same, full-time work w full-time classes. Oh well you have it all figured out, don’t even get why you asked this question.
