Daily positive affirmations. I know it sounds cheesy, but you really can train yourself to be more positive and boost your self esteem. Self improvement (exercise, diet, reading, etc...) really does help too. Our brains like to see us improving, not declining. With that, your confidence and overall disposition will improve.
Also worth mentioning that you should get your hormone levels checked if your insurance covers it. Then do research on your own about the results. Doctors will happily lie to your face and say everything is fine, because they set dishonest references ranges to avoid costs or conflicts with insurance over the necessity of treatment.

The way I view the situation of life is that you keep riding in the water until you find a rescue boat. In my case the rescue boat is my money making strategy and method and the riding in the water is the exploration and research that helps me discover that strategy.
