But men who are looking for a serious relationship - and have ANYTHING to offer - DO care about a woman's past, and being promiscuous is one of the biggest disqualifiers for a serious relationship - another being any woman who monetizes her sexuality.

Imagining that women's promiscuity isn't a problem is the same kind of craziness as saying a man (not a boy, a man) with no job, no education, no prospects, and no ambition, still living at home at 34, isn't a problem. That's part of the problem - far too many women project their own desires onto men, and assume that the things that women find valuable in men will make them (women) valuable to men - things like college degrees, careers, and high incomes.
