The man should always lead. Women all want a man who is taller, stronger, wealthier, smarter, and more confident and competent than they are yet they expect this superior man to either do this 50/50 bullshit or just straight up simp and do what she says. It doesn't work that way: if you want an equal partner seek an equal not a superior meaning he doesn't make more than you do; if you want a superior man you had better be ready to get on his program or he will quickly replace you with a woman who will.

Any wife who is forced to make so many decisions will be drained and grow resentful and bitter towards a loser husband. Both people in the marriage are adults and should step up to make decisions. When those decisions are in conflict they talk and work it out.

I used to think it should be 50/50. I don't even know what that means anymore. It doesn't realistically speaking make any sense.

A relationship should mean 2 people understanding each person has strengths and weaknesses, to come to the relationship as one whole person who can contribute using their strengths and willingness to work on their limitations.

It depends on what we're talking about. "Some men don't argue" when it comes to what color are the curtains and the like... it's because we don't care. Tape a trash bag to the wall... whatever. "Ivory or Eggshell linens?" They look identical to me. Flip a coin.

I'm not sure how that equates to a 50/50 relationship though. You can still have one partner not contributing/doing anything even though you don't argue.

It should be 50/50 but so many women are selfish and think a man should always do what she says. I've seen so many women say getting married is her day, and it's like no, it's also the grooms day. If it weren't for the groom proposing there wouldn't be a wedding.

Relationships cannot be 50-50 because women mostly look for partners who are better than them on the sexual mean value (SMV) scale. They look for partners who are taller, stronger, and wealthier. So generally you want 50-50 relationship from a partner who is supeior than you from a SMV point of view, not going to happen most of the time.

I think the man has the finale say in surtain areas but the woman's input should always be thought about before he makes the desition. But sometimes they both make desitions. Its only the big ones usually the man has the final say.
