Talk with them about it.
I know that it's scary and that it hurts.
And more likely then not they won't be willing to share, so you'll be forced to choose.
But if you talk with them at least you'll be honest and won't be tempted to cheat on either of them.
And you can get a feel for who they are as people.
Who might help support you in your grief when you have to let go of one of them.
Or if you're lucky who might actually be willing to share.
And maybe if you fall in love with another guy while in a relationship with him down the road it'll be someone also willing to share.

Either way, be honest with them or you *will* just add more pain to all three of you down the road.
And I recommend picking whoever will be best for your mental health in the long run...

Because this *will* be tough regardless...
