So I’ve been with my boyfriend for about a year. The other day he sent me a message because I was going through a lot of anxiety. He forwarded me a video to watch about how to overcome it. He also said “I texted this video to my friend Erica the other day because like you she is also going through a hard time”

Is he intentionally trying to make me feel jealous?
