You only get pregnant with your consent (unless there was r*pe involved, then I say arrest that bastard). Given that you need two people to make the baby, and that you have complete autonomy over your body after you get pregnant, that means you have to take more responsibility as to why it has happened to you.

If he lied to you and made you feel special that's one thing I can understand, but I always tell folks not to take a bad deal, even if on paper it sounds good enough.

Let me put it like this:

A woman should never 100% trust a man who isn't married to them with their body (aka pregnancy) because there's always a chance he will leave.

A man should never 100% trust a woman with his finances if she has not signed a prenup, because there's always a chance she will leave and take half of his stuff.

The key to eradicating the problems that we both face is understanding our differences and what we both want from the other party involved. Men and women both lie and manipulate, gaslight and shame each other into taking deals that aren't beneficial to the other. It depends on who's more assertive/who's will is stronger. When there's no agreement involved, that's when break ups happen. When there's an agreement, it can progress into a relationship and then a marriage, but that relationship/marriage may not be a healthy one if the agreement was a toxic one in the first place.

Examples of how partners gaslight each other:

Man to woman:

When his actions do not align with his words (Baby you're my only one => Meanwhile he constantly hooks up with other women)

When he tries to put pressure on a woman to get what he wants (if you don't do this, I will break up with you)

Woman to man:

When she uses shaming language after not getting what she wants (just say you're broke)

When she tries to spin the problem onto you to get angry (why were you going through my phone? => Right after she gets caught cheating)

Chances are, if you get pregnant before marriage you accepted a bad deal as a woman, and chances are your partner who got you pregnant wasn't even a good partner in the first place. Prepare to get gaslighted by one of the tactics I listed, or some other ones (because that's what bad partners do).

Don't complain about it after it's done, instead figure out how to prevent it from happening in the first place.

Go sit in a human services office of a sizable metro area sometime. Or a homeless drop in center. I've been to many, as I travel the country frequently. Know what you'll hear? Dozens of times daily... in the waiting room... ALL DAY... all these fat females with foul mouths, entitled attitudes, talking about getting money out of their baby daddies and all the benefits they're now "entitled" to. Yes, they'll openly say it. Repeatedly. That's what pregnancy now is to at least 3/4 of females in the U. S. now, and virtually ALL of them that aren't upper middle class or better. A money mill. Guys in the U. S. don't take females seriously, and this is 1 of several reasons why. Gee, I wish I could get impregnated to get a few hundred bucks in food stamps, free housing, TANF, cash assistance, AND money out of my baby daddies THEN take my "thicc ass" and shake it on OnlyFans for even MORE money. But... I'm a male, so I get told, GET A JOB, GO IN THE MILITARY, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, STOP BEING A BUM, IM THE REASON THIS WORLD IS A BAD PLACE... and on and on and on. If a woman wants marriage before getting pregnant, she should be responsible. When I was younger, I asked my dad why parents cared more about their daughters having sex than their sons. He said, "Because men don't get pregnant." Men do not have to deal with pregnancy nearly as much as women do. Obviously, a good man would stay and help take care of the child or at least pay child support. But not all men are good. That's why we, women, need to be more choosy on who we allow access to our bodies. It's all fun and games until it's not... Also, if a woman wants to get married before getting pregnant, either use multiple forms or contraception or remain abstinent. I am remaining abstinent. But if that is not your cup of tea, we have several forms of birth control. We have male/female condoms, injections, birth control pills. We even have a morning after pill to prevent an egg from fertilizing if the sperm has already reached the egg. There is no reason for there to be an unexpected pregnancy in this day and age.

It takes 2 to tango love. A girl can't get pregnant all on her own and a man can't impregnate a women all by his lonesome either. It is both parties responsibility to use protection and have safe measures in place if they don't want to have a baby. It is that simple.
Accidents do happen also where condoms break, birth control can fail etc.. but at the end of the day they both made a conscious decision to have sex. No one is more at fault then the other. It is science.

Also some women trap men with purposely trying to get pregnant. So it's an unfair statement to solely blame men for this.

Very likely an accidental pregnancy. Marriage is a big commitment, and if you do get married, and then end up not wanting to be with that person anymore, you have to file for divorce and go through tons of legal stuff. It's not like breaking up with a boyfriend or girlfriend, where you just say "I don't think this is gonna work", and be done with it. Even if that boyfriend and girlfriend had a kid, they'd have to settle on custody of the child, but that's it as far as they're concerned with each other.

My sister and her husband only got married for insurance reasons whenever they had their children otherwise they probably wouldn’t have. Ever heard of actress Goldie Hawn and her partner Kurt Russel? They have been together for well over 30 years and have never been married, and they also have a biological son together.
