Do you ever have actual dreams about being in a poly relationship?

Question

I would never want to get physical with more than one person at a time, especially within a short period of time. But some dreams recently (not the nightmares) consist of me living with two guys, sharing a bed with both, cuddling, and waking up just feeling fulfilled af. We don’t have xxx. We just hang out in the day and cuddle at night. They make me feel protected and its almost like in that silly movie Savages…😂 I don't know if I crave male roommates or if my past history with love triangles means that I may end up in some poly ass situationship someday. I’d be disappointed in myself, thats for sure. But I don’t see that happening because I wouldn’t be able to trust that the guys wouldn’t step out.

I think a lot of people spend too much time trying to make sense of dreams. There may be something to them at times, but I think mostly it’s just your brain trying to offload a bunch of random nonsense.

Personally I could never be in a relationship with more than 1 person at a time. May as well just be friends with benefits.

Sure, I think most everyone has. Being the center of attention does sound kinda fun. The negative piece would be seeing or thinking about the same two girls going at it with another guy.

But it can be kinda fun to imagine/fantasize about.

Not really. I've had my fantasies and thoughts about open relationships but I don't see myself getting emotionally deeply connected on the same level with more than one person.

Sounds like maybe subconsciously you just miss that cozy couple vibe, gettin all your cuddles n attention needs met all nostyle. Can't front, two bros tag teamin pamperin you? Sheeeesh that there does sound like levels of comfort n spoilt as hell.

But forreal poly in real life take some next level trust n communication skills, sumn I ain't there with or ain’t goin for at all. Jugglin two whole ass people n they egos proudly, ooohwee that's advanced gameplay no rookie tryna take on.

Plus jealousy demon be strong outchea, no way I could share my boo even if I said I could feel me? Bros forsure would dip for some prime real estate eventually, sink a bros ship quick fast.

So for now I'ma just keep my dreams simple - me n one fly boo curled up tight all nights of the week doin our thing, that's the dream team right there fa sho. Ain't broke don't fix it, feel? But shit, who knows what the future holds gangsta, keep on keepin on n stay blessed sis!

I've never had a dream about a poly relationship. But I suppose I have fantasized before about hooking up with two or more girls at one time. LOL Hell, I've invented fantasies about all kinds of things.

I have dreamed of a harem and it all went well in the dream.

IRL the closest I've got is a common lap dance. Some of my friends have wanted that. It is cheaper because you split the price. I hate them though. Objectively the stripper gives you equal time but it sure as hell doesn't feel like that. If it was multiple guy to girl poly relationship it would be like that magnified.

Well that trust issue can be in a traditional relationship as well, desi.
If that's the only reason you don't want to be in a poly relationship then that's not entirely correct.
Although I don't think I would want a poly relationship myself but my reasons are different.
