She can. She is an attorney. It’s just going to be constant fighting between me and her though so i rather not subject my child to that.

If the child needs looking after bo I don't believe so
The mother has custody. She filed TRO and now I want to just part ways before an FRO is granted.
Then no as u will end up paying child support as the state won't want to be paying for it in your absence
Because if the mother can't look after the child solo someone would end up financing the child and they go to the second parent next
Ah from what I have briefly read u are to some degree still expected in some way to support the child if u separate
