Am I at fault was I to harsh?

My tenant thinks I’m lying I sent a text message and letter under her door for rent increase a month ago and she never got it I screenshot it and the last convo is not my screenshot on her phone I sent two letters threatening eviction by taping it on her textbook she messaged me at 3 am

she's lived with us 4 years and as always paid her rent but my text message not show in her phone

I sent a first letter stating that I did not receive the other portion of rent (increase part) she ignored it 2 weeks go by I sent another she texts me at 3am

She said the way I wrote the letter made it sound like that is her notice and the increase takes effect next month she said she never got 30 days notice (but I did sent her a month before under her door and text a month before but she never got back just silent)
