It would not be odd or strange provided that person is into women.

I am not into fornicating and even less to fornicate with a woman but if I was or if I was a man, then it would be a virgin woman only. The reason being that there is much less of a risk to get STD/STI from that person. I did not say that it was not possible to catch venereal diseases because nowadays, it is not a requirement to have penetrative sex to be the carrier of STD/STI.

People have more and more deviant sexual behaviors that you can catch diseases without even having copulated with a woman.

I don't think it would be to most. We were all there at one time. Maybe some are looking for that type of girl that waits until marriage. That comes down to the values a person holds. Some wait and some don't. I think that guys would find it more strange the older a woman is. They would likely wonder why it hasn't happened especially if it isn't because of her religious views or personal values. That doesn't mean that it is wrong just they might wonder more.
