Girlfriend has doubts because she says we're both financially unstable?

We're both broke and she gets all in her head about our future every now and then and cries and says maybe we should break up, but we haven't yet, I have never wanted to, but with her being like this every couple months I just don't know if I can take it anymore. I love her dearly, want to marry her, she's not into the whole marriage thing and just wants to stay together forever or whatever. Just don't know what to do anymore

It doesn’t sound like you and your girlfriend are compatible enough for the long term. Of course I could be wrong, and it’s just her worries and emotions at play, but consider what you want, and all that entails, and look at what she wants. You want to get married. Marriage involves building a life together and working as a team in spite of obstacles, and it’s a lifelong commitment. Your girlfriend is not into the whole marriage thing and is having doubts about staying together, hence the back and forth about whether or not you should break up. Imagine getting married and every couple months she contemplates whether or not to divorce.
You’re both struggling financially, and that is a valid reason for her to be worried. But if the relationship is going to survive, you both need to work together and make sacrifices. That may mean both of you working 1 or 2 extra jobs, foregoing certain luxuries, selling some personal items—bottom line, a lot of hard work. And a lot of struggling. You need a girl who is willing to struggle right alongside you.

If she doesn't think it's going to work, then that in and of itself will make the failure of the relationship inevitable. Just end it and move on.

Money should never enter the equation of a relationship. Then she's just want bank. Her priorities is set in the future where no one is grantee tomorrow. And the events never happen.
Money only becomes an issue when living becomes unbearable.
I would let her know the financial situation is something you got as man and that it shouldn't be an issue as you will do all you can to make sure she has what she needs.
